Dr. Isaac Chen was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina where he grew up with his large family. During middle school, he immigrated to Los Angeles, California and adapted to American culture. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of California, San Diego, where he met his wife and spent his free time volunteering at free dental clinics to serve those in need, as well as volunteering at church. Dr. Chen completed his dental training and orthodontic residency at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Chen is fluent in Spanish, Chinese, and English.
Dr. Chen is passionate about orthodontics because it has the power to transform lives and improve self-confidence. He loves when a patient completes treatment and is very excited about their new life-changing smile. Dr. Chen enjoys connecting with his patients about their lives and attempts to encourage them to pursue their passions while showing off their beautiful smiles!
